Paul Ryan is President of RSP and works on engineering, project management and strategic planning out of the headquarters in Brookfield, WI.

Paul has over 30 years of hands-on experience working in manufacturing and has worked on thousands of projects during his career. These days, there is not much he hasn’t seen, but he loves the challenge of working on something new.
Over the years, Paul has helped clients develop substantial intellectual property and patents. In 2020, Paul was granted his first patent for the development of a novel and a new and effective carpenter bee trap.
Paul enjoys traveling to China to visit the RSP team on-site and often takes side trips while there to mountain climb, horseback ride and visit historical sites.
Currently, Paul lives in Elm Grove, WI, with his wife and daughter and their dog Molly.
