Mike Ryan is CEO and spends the majority of his time at RSP’s headquarters in Brookfield, WI, but frequently travels to RSP facilities in China.

Mike is a certified public accountant who started his career in consulting with Arthur Andersen in Chicago, where he worked for 3 years. He always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After college, he started his first business, Petlivery, working nights and weekends. Petlivery focused on home delivery of high-end dog and cat food in Chicago that had a successful run until Mike moved to Milwaukee.
In 2005, Mike joined his brother Paul Ryan at RSP to take over the family business. Together, they have grown the company from less than 10 employees to approximately 200 worldwide. With over 15 years’ experience in contract manufacturing, Mike is a recognized expert in the field and is often engaged to consult on new projects and facilitate new designs.
Mike has spent extensive time in China, where he has slowly learned some Mandarin. Currently, Mike lives in Wauwatosa, WI, with his wife and son. The family dog, a large boxer, goes to work with Mike almost every day.
